The Law Offices of Cicatelli & Cicatelli was begun in 1951 by Martin J. Cicatelli (1927-2005) as a general law practice specializing in business and corporate law, wills, trusts and estates, and real estate.
In 1985, Steven L. Cicatelli joined his father in the practice of law and expanded the size and practice areas of the firm specializing, in addition to the foregoing, in municipal land use, zoning and licensing, and commercial and residential conveyancing.
Today, the firm maintains its long standing relationships with many of its original clients and many new long term clients.
The firm now consists of Attorney Steven L. Cicatelli, Attorney Lisa M. Jordan, an office manager, a senior paralegal, a head real estate paralegal, two real estate paralegals, and an office assistant.
The firm’s philosophy remains the same as at its inception, to treat clients as family, in a professional courteous manner with the intent to maintain long term mutually beneficial relationships.
